At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing we do residential repair and replacement work, and we're a brand new location growing fast. We believe in rewarding performance, not politics. Locally owned and operated, with the backing of a national franchise.

$35 to $50/hr base pay, set on your license tenure and experience

Commission on the work you complete, on top of base. Our top performers earn well past their hourly. We'll walk you through the exact structure on the first call, and we're open to talking hourly + commission, higher base with lower commission, or a straight commission plan. You hold a current Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license (required)

You have 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing

You have a valid driver's license and clean background

You value customer service, teamwork, and craftsmanship

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 to $ (un-capped) per year

Schedule:

Day shift | Monday to Friday | Optional overtime Compensation: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour base, plus commission and performance bonuses
