We're seeking a licensed Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician to join our growing residential service team. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician who enjoys troubleshooting, interacting with homeowners, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting residential electrical issues, performing service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance, installing and replacing electrical panels, breakers, switches, outlets, lighting, and wiring, completing panel upgrades, service changes, remodel wiring, and code corrections, installing EV chargers, standby generators, surge protection, ceiling fans, and other residential electrical systems, ensuring all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes, communicating professionally with homeowners and explaining recommended solutions, maintaining accurate job documentation, and keeping a clean, organized service vehicle.
Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications include an active Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License, 2+ years of residential electrical experience preferred, strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, experience with service work, remodels, panel upgrades, and residential wiring, excellent customer service and communication skills, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ability to work independently while representing the company in customers' homes, and a professional attitude with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety.
