Overview
This position will allow you to apply your technical knowledge and experience to solve customers’ instrumentation issues and ensure optimal system performance.
LocationMadison, Wisconsin
Responsibilities- Travel to client sites in the area to perform on-site service
- Perform simple-to-complex repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, certification, refresher training, and more on company instruments
- Act as a generalist, supporting all company product lines, including automated lab equipment and animal handling systems
- 3 + years experience working hands-on with electromechanical equipment
- Able to read schematics and perform troubleshooting on complex systems
- AA or BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to travel regionally
- Knowledge of lab equipment is a plus but not required
- Valid driver license
