This is an opportunity with a well-established building automation and HVAC controls contractor in the Madison area that's growing steadily and adding to the controls team.
The work is a good mix of field work and programming, depending on your background, and focused on doing systems right from install through commissioning.
What You'd Be Working On- BAS and HVAC controls installation, service, and programming
- DDC systems, controllers, panels, and field devices
- Point-to-point, startup, checkout, and commissioning
- Troubleshooting systems in live buildings
- Working closely with techs, PMs, and customers to get systems dialed in
- Controls techs or programmers with hands-on BAS experience
- Comfortable in the field and at a laptop
- Someone who understands how HVAC systems actually operate
- Able to troubleshoot logically and communicate clearly
- Experience with common BAS platforms is a plus
- Controls-focused team, not an afterthought
- Organized projects and realistic timelines
- Exposure to a variety of commercial buildings
