Construction Employee

JOB SUMMARY

• Installs posters and bulletins and performs maintenance on the physical structure and surrounding property.

• Climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders to heights up to 125 feet multiple times daily; work from elevated platforms up to 125 feet up to 70% of work day.
• Lift up to 100 lbs without restrictions; use safe lifting practices.
• Use oxygen/acetylene torch, AC/DC welder, and gas‑powered equipment such as lawn mowers, chainsaws, generators, compressors, paint sprayers.
• Operate company vehicles; possess a valid driver's license.
• Use all safety equipment as mandated by company procedures.
• Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Have full range of motion for installing and maintaining signage; meet maximum weight restrictions of 265 lbs.
• Work in all weather conditions; tolerate risks associated with an outdoor environment.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication with external clients and internal personnel at all levels.
• Highly adaptable to changing work environments.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong prioritization, task execution, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
