Building Technician

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) seeks a dedicated Full Time Building Technician to support our facilities team in maintaining safe and welcoming environments across our service locations. As an integral part of our maintenance department, the Building Technician will be responsible for a broad range of maintenance tasks to ensure the operational efficiency and safety of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, plumbing, and other essential facility infrastructure.

• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with facility management to coordinate larger renovation projects and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
