Field Service Technician

Procter & Gamble is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician to support manufacturing operations by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting production and packaging equipment at our facilities. In this on-site role, you'll perform preventive maintenance, assist with mechanical and basic electrical repairs, and help ensure equipment runs safely, reliably, and efficiently. Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll receive strong technical training, clear safety guidance, and opportunities to grow into higher-responsibility maintenance and reliability roles across P&G's world-class manufacturing network.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain production and packaging equipment at P&G facilities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and update service records accurately.
• Follow all P&G and OSHA safety standards, using proper PPE and lockout/tagout.
• Support senior technicians on complex repairs and equipment upgrades.
• Communicate equipment status and issues to supervisors and site teams.
• Assist with testing, calibration, and startup of new or modified machinery.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to reliability and uptime.
• Use basic diagnostic tools, manuals, and digital systems to resolve problems.
• Travel locally between assigned P&G manufacturing sites as needed.
