We're hiring a shade installer to join our team in Madison. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role installing roller shades in commercial and residential spaces around the area.
What you'll do:- Show up on time and ready to work
- Install roller shades according to plans and direction from the lead installer
- Work indoors on active job sites
- Handle tools, ladders, and shade hardware safely
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Reliable, on time, and takes direction well
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and working from ladders
- Able to lift and carry materials throughout the day
- Prior installation or construction experience is a plus but not required, we'll train the right person
- Valid driver's license
- Local work in and around Madison
