Service Manager- Technical & Field Operations Description
Our client is an established provider of electronic security solutions with a growing presence throughout the Midwest. They’re looking for a hands‑on leader to oversee their installation team.
They’re open to candidates from a variety of technical or industrial environments who have the mindset to lead, the aptitude to learn a new industry, and a genuine interest in improving processes and bringing out the best in their team. This is an opportunity to step into a team where there is room to make an impact, with autonomy to improve operations.
This is not a role where you’ll be behind a desk all day. Roughly 70% of your time will be spent in the field. While there may be times when you step in to provide technical support, the focus is on overall operational success, setting priorities, and driving individual and team performance. If there are gaps in your technical knowledge, you’ll have access to structured training as you build familiarity with their services and technology.
With a track record of consistent YoY growth, they continue to expand while maintaining the culture and values that have driven their success and created opportunities for employees to grow and advance from within.
