The HVAC Technician responsibilities include:

• Perform service and repair work on commercial heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. Including but not limited to boilers, air-handling equipment, chilled water systems, hot water systems and other HVAC equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems in commercial long term care buildings.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components and equipment.
• Prepare pertinent information and written documentation, including work reports, timecards, material orders, and other required documentation.
• Build and maintain solid professional relationships with clients, vendors, coworkers, outside professionals, and others contacted on behalf of the organization.
• Train and assist current maintenance staff with workflow of general maintenance within the communities
• Performs other HVAC duties as assigned by supervisor.

• HVAC certification. Either EPA or Universal.
• Two years of experience working in building maintenance
• Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies
