Valet Driver (Finance)

This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are 9:30am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide remarkable customer service as a first and last impression of UW Health.
  • Initiate the parking transaction by approaching the vehicle, greeting patients/visitors, and explaining services.
  • Pick up patients/visitors at their vehicle and transport them in one of our UW Health golf carts.
  • Manage and record valet parking transactions.
  • Assist patients in and out of vehicles and with way finding.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Work Experience
  • One year of customer service experience (Preferred)
  • One year of driving and parking vehicles experience (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license (Required)
  • Must be 18 years of age to drive golf carts. Must be 21 years of age to drive a patient/family vehicle.
  • Ability to be insured by UW Health's Risk Management insurer, which requires: (1) A valid Wisconsin driver's license and (2) Successfully passing a driver's background check and (3) Two years of driving experience.
