Software Developer (.NET) ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain modern applications and integrations using Microsoft and Azure technologies.
Collaborate with architects, team leads, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
Build and enhance cloud-native, event-driven systems using Azure Functions, Service Bus, and related patterns.
Lead configuration and integration of enterprise platforms (Duck Creek, Salesforce, Service Now).
Design and implement APIs that meet enterprise standards for scalability, reuse, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across modern and legacy systems.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
Mentor developers and promote best practices across the team.
Support CI/CD, Dev Ops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with QA, vendors, and integration partners to deliver seamless solutions.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of relevant IT experience; insurance (P&C) or financial services experience preferred.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET (Blazor/Razor, Entity Framework), SQL, MVC, Web API, and Azure Functions.
Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops, Azure Data Factory, Blob Storage, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with Duck Creek (Billing, Policy, Claims, Clarity) strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops best practices.
Advanced database skills (SQL, Oracle, DB2).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide on‑call production support.
