We are seeking an experienced Java Full‑stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role involves creating seamless and secure solutions and ensuring delivery of exceptional user experiences. As a full‑stack developer, you will work across the stack, contributing to both the front‑end and back‑end architecture and implementation. You will work closely with front‑end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming, experience with microservices architecture, and a passion for building robust systems that drive our business forward.
- Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with an ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
- Design, develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring.
- Collaborate with front‑end developers and other team members to integrate user‑facing elements with server‑side logic.
- Create automated unit tests using a Test‑Driven Development approach.
- Implement and maintain microservices architectures that are scalable, reliable and efficient.
- Deliver code to production with zero tolerance for post‑implementation issues.
- Participate in decisions affecting long‑range organizational goals and strategic planning.
- Proactively look to develop, implement and further best practices across the group.
- Contribute to quality improvement, code reviews, code and architecture standards, code reuse, etc.
- Handle integrations from any Content Management System and headless JSON framework.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring the stability and reliability of the backend systems.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Hands‑on practical experience in system design, application development, testing and operational stability.
- Strong core Java experience with clear understanding of advanced concepts in collection framework, garbage collection, multithreading, etc.
- Hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, database knowledge, Kafka, React JS, CI/CD, designing features, AWS cloud experience.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience developing, debugging and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security.
- Ability to take on difficult and complex large‑scale problems and provide end‑to‑end solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in business, operations, and other areas.
- Exposure to Dev Ops methodology and AWS concepts.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
- Strong debugging and performance‑optimization skills.
- Experience with data pipeline tools and familiarity with Databricks and Power BI.
