Our Data Team builds the foundation that empowers Netflix to create iconic, award‑winning entertainment  Data Team’s goal is to deliver business‑enable analytics, architecture, and domain expertise for business areas such as Finance, Operations, and Marketing throughout the data‑product lifecycle.

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Manager who can build strong foundations, lead a high‑performing team, and work collaboratively with data scientists, developers, and product leaders to scale our analytics for Netflix’s entire monetization ecosystem.

• Provide architectural vision and strategy to build a scalable data ecosystem that enables finance to use data across cross‑functional teams.
• Establish robust relationships across business, science, analytics, and engineering partners.
• Balance immediate partner needs versus long‑term vision.
• Lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to execute a shared vision across data, engineering, and business.
• Coach the team using insightful feedback, rigorous governance, and structured mentoring.
• Build a secure and performant data environment for the entire Netflix monetization data stack.

• Proven experience managing, recruiting, and nurturing high‑quality data‑centered teams with diverse skill sets.
• Track record of delivering robust solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills – focused on guiding team members toward sound technical decisions and higher code quality.
• Deep commitment to execution, velocity, and ownership.
• Excellent data‑quality instincts and ability to understand the intricacies of live production systems.
