Service Now Software Engineer
Service Now Software Engineers apply the principles of Service Now best practices to the design, development, maintenance/support, testing, and evaluation of Service Now and integrated systems to the specified business requirements.
This position will focus on Service Now's Customer Service Management and Financial Services Operations applications, and will require:
- At least 3 years of Service Now experience and/or 2 years experience with defined work in Customer Service Management
- A strong understanding of API's and the ability to apply that knowledge to the current API integrations with Service Now
- Strong Javascripting within a Service Now environment
- Experience working with the business and their processes, translating the business requirements into development
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred, but not required.
