Job : 312 Role Overview
We are seeking a Service Now Developer to design, develop, and customize scalable Service Now applications that address business and operational needs. This role will focus on configuration and scripting within key Service Now modules including ITSM, IRM, Sec Ops, ITOM, and SPM. The developer will work cross-functionally with business analysts and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with current systems and processes.
The ideal candidate demonstrates technical fluency with Service Now architecture, and shows a strong understanding of secure, maintainable, and scalable development practices. Preference will be given to those with hands‑on experience in Security Operations (Sec Ops) and automation integration.

Major Performance Objectives
6) Own the development and deployment of core Sec Ops capabilities including Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Response. Partner with Info Sec and compliance teams to ensure business alignment. Demonstrate measurable value through reduced threat response times or improved remediation tracking.
