Gymnastics Coach – The Little Gym of Florence

We are looking for a reliable coach with a strong background in gymnastics to lead PreK and Grade School classes on Monday and Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The candidate will follow lesson plans designed by The Little Gym franchise and teach the Little Gym way, growing the skills of children ages 4‑12 years.

• Lead PreK and Grade School gymnastics classes.
• Follow lesson plans and teach the Little Gym curriculum.
• Instruct children ages 4‑12 years and help them develop gymnastics skills.
• Support children up to 15 years old in age‑appropriate activities.

• Prior experience coaching gymnastics and working with children ages 2‑15.
• Strong background in gymnastics and knowledge of skills and tactics.
• High energy, positive approach, and genuine desire to impact young children’s lives.
• Motivational ability to inspire athletes to improve and work hard.
• Excellent communication skills with participants, parents, and program coordinators.
• Good character and positive role model.
• Transportation required.
• Any existing credentials from sanctioned governing bodies or nationally accredited institutions are a plus.

$9.50 – $12.00 per hour, hourly rate negotiable and commensurate with experience and credentials.
