Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Wisconsin Aviation is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our general aviation business. We are a lean organization with a broad scope in general aviation. Our internal fleet of approximately 50 aircraft are from 152s to light jets. The COO will play a critical leadership role in ensuring operational excellence across all departments, including flight school, maintenance/avionics, FBO services, charter, compliance, and safety.
Wisconsin Aviation supports the Dane County Regional Airport (DCRA) by fueling commercial aircraft and providing maintenance on-call service to airlines. This position is ideal for an aviation professional with strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and a passion for advancing general aviation services.
Wisconsin Aviation operates 3 FBOs in southeast Wisconsin;
Madison, Watertown and Juneau with approximately 180 employees.
