You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

In addition to core duties you will handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, brand image and standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

You must be 18 years of age or older.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training will be provided on the job.

Ability to understand and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used). Must be able to give correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movement. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature inside and outside.
• Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Talking and hearing on the telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand/eye tasks, using tools, equipment, and work aids.

Deliver product by car to the customer’s door. Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards. Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.

Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Must navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Carrying:
  During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within a designated area, sometimes multiple deliveries per shift.
• Walking:
  Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the vehicle to the customer’s location.
• Climbing:
  Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.
