North West Shipping Inc., a trusted Fed Ex Ground contractor, is hiring reliable Full-Time and Part-Time Fed Ex Delivery Drivers in Madison, WI.

• Safely operate a Fed Ex Ground delivery truck or van
• Deliver and pick up packages from homes and businesses around Madison and nearby areas
• Use GPS and route sheets to manage deliveries efficiently
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each stop
• Load, unload, and handle packages (up to 75 lbs alone / 150 lbs with equipment)
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and your team
• Work safely in all weather conditions and maintain a clean driving record

• In-Town Routes: 110–160 stops per day

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Prior experience with Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon, DHL, or other delivery companies is a plus, but not required

• Health insurance available for both full-time and part-time employees
