Compensation- Salary:
Top 50% average $101,176 per year. - CPM:
Starting pay $.66 to $.69 cpm. - Drivers are paid for 3–5% more total miles per year than companies that pay based on short‑route miles.
- Most productive 50% of OTR drivers average more than $101,176 annually (over $1,945 weekly).
- One‑year verifiable tractor‑trailer experience with a ClassA CDL.
