Delivery Driver Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time. Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle; follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events or conditions.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out and communicating with supervisors and team members.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.

Delivery vehicle & gas, handheld technology. Uniforms, safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment.

Main Point Logistics, LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner located in Madison, WI, hires full‑time and part‑time positions delivering packages for Amazon.

• Starting pay $20.50 per hour (paid biweekly); 10‑hour shifts are typical. 401(k) and profit sharing available after 3 months of employment. Educational assistance program (up to $5,250 for student loans and upcoming coursework).

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4‑Panel Drug Screening (not screened for TCH).
• Must be reliable, independent, flexible, hard‑working team player with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

No experience needed.

Part‑time and full‑time. 10‑hour shifts starting at 7:15 AM or 9:40 AM, Monday to Friday, weekends, and holidays. In‑person work location.
