** Primary Objectives of Position:
*** Transport merchandise to customer locations in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive delivery experience for all clients.
* Contribute to the cooperative's success by adhering to all company policies, safety regulations (federal, state, and cooperative), and best practices.
** Responsibilities of the Position:
*** Safely and efficiently deliver and pick up materials to and from customer locations.
* Ensure all required documentation (e.g., sales tickets, delivery receipts) is accurately completed before and after each delivery.
* Collect payment from customers as needed.
* Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
* Ensure the safe and proper loading and unloading of merchandise.
* Comply with all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations (e.g., DOT regulations).
* Submit accurate and timely daily trip reports to supervisors.
* Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other team members.
* Assist with all other duties as assigned.## Qualifications

* Qualifications:

*** 18 years of age or older
* Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred, or ability to obtain a farm service license.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
