* What You’ll Do:

** Drive truck to deliver cement products to various concrete plants and bagging facilities.
*
* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Pre-trip inspection of tractor-trailer pursuant to DOT regulations. Pre-trip inspection includes checking fluid levels of engine oil, antifreeze, tire pressure, brakes and other driver operated controls for loading and unloading dry bulk cement products.
* Communicate with Dispatcher to receive delivery instructions.
* Upon arriving at a delivery site, the driver must communicate the transport contents and take instruction from the plant operator as to the location of the correct unloading pipe.
* At the completion of each day, turn in all appropriate paperwork.
* Drivers are required to do a post-trip inspection of tractor-trailer pursuant to DOT regulations.
** Qualifications and Requirements:
*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
* Ability to pass Federal DOT drug screen and physical.
* Valid DOT Health Card.
* Maintain driving record in accordance with Federal and State Motor Carrier regulations and meet company requirements.
* Maintain Department of Transportation Health Card and have in possession when on duty.
* Must be able to take orders, instructions and guidance from management and supervisors.
* Must safely operate truck and trailer, performing tasks that follow company policy and within state and federal laws.
