CDL A Drivers Earn 75K to 100K/1st Yr & Home Weekly (Full Time)

Class A drivers deliver to customers’ stores across IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY. Drivers typically earn $1,500–$2,000 per week, run 800–1,100 miles per week, and are home every week for 34 hours. Pay includes $0.82–$0.85 CPM based on experience and $245 per trailer unload. Each driver usually completes 3–4 trailers per week.

Drivers receive 2–4 days of account training paid at $150 per day. After training a driver may bring a pet and a rider. A $2,500 sign‑on bonus is paid over 180 days. Full benefits, including PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k), begin after 30 days.

• Deliver Class A trailers to customers’ stores in IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY.
• Unload trailers, placing boxes onto the store’s conveyor belt; the store handles the remainder of inventory.
• Operate 800–1,100 miles per week and remain home each week for 34 hours.
• Complete 2–4 days of account training paid at $150 per day.

• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety reasons, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier.
• Relatively clean MVR with no CMV accidents involving injury, jackknife, or rollover in the last 5 years.
• Physical ability to place boxes onto the conveyor belt; driver is not responsible for inventory or merchandising beyond placement on the belt.
