We are hiring a Warehouse Shipping and Logistics Coordinator for a safety supply company in the Madison area. You will play an integral part in our daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate, timely shipping and seamless logistics processes that help keep workers everywhere safe.

• Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order fulfillment, packing, and shipment preparation
• Collaborate with logistics partners to schedule and optimize transportation routes
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to keep everything running efficiently
• Ensure accurate documentation for shipments, including packing lists, labels, and paperwork
• Implement and maintain smart warehouse layouts for smooth material flow
• Drive company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups as needed
• Conduct regular inventory audits and address any discrepancies quickly

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or logistics coordination
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and shipping software
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Great attention to detail and a commitment to safe warehouse practices
