Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Management
- Oversee the daily dispatch, tracking, and logistical coordination of a 60+ vehicle loaner fleet across two service locations.
- Auditing & Compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to established operational processes, program compliance, and regular vehicle auditing standards.
- Program Evolution
- Partner with leadership to transition the current loaner program into a seamless customer pick-up and delivery service for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Process Adherence
- Enforce strict documentation for vehicle check-outs, maintenance schedules, condition inspections, and damage accountability.
- Continuous Improvement
- Take a long-term view of service operations to identify efficiency gains, scale logistics, and adapt to the next generation of dealership service expectations.
- Attention to Detail
- Rigorous precision in tracking fleet assets, scheduling, and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to audit operational workflows
- Manage program guidelines and maintain policy adherence.
- Strict commitment to following and refining established standard operating procedures.
- A strategic, long-term perspective focused on program scalability and modernizing customer convenience options.
- Base Schedule is flexible with primary coverages required on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Flexibility is essential to accommodate shifting operational demands and the future rollout of our pick-up and delivery services.
