Are you a skilled and experienced truck driver looking for a local driving opportunity in Madison, WI? Look no further! AMBSIMS & Associates Corp is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Local Truck Driver. As a key member of our transportation department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to our clients and customers.

• Operate and drive trucks with goods and materials to and from specified destinations
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures

• Valid Class A driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Proven work experience as a truck driver
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
