Warehouse Technician
Location: Clintonville, WI
Department: Warehouse / Materials
Reports To: Department Manager
Schedule: Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Position SummaryUnder the direction of the department manager, the Warehouse Technician is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and maintaining warehouse equipment and infrastructure. This role helps ensure the warehouse remains safe, clean, and organized while supporting material handling and equipment upkeep.

- Identify safety concerns and assist with implementing solutions
- Participate in monthly safety meetings and initiatives
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Understand warehouse processes and systems within the area of responsibility
- Operate powered industrial vehicles including forklift, reach truck, and roll clamp
- Transport materials throughout the facility while maintaining product quality
- Complete daily safety inspection forms for PIV equipment
- Maintain warehouse racking including rack installation, anchoring, pallet supports, and location labels
- Maintain and replace warehouse floor striping as needed
- Water batteries for powered industrial vehicles on a weekly basis
- Operate floor scrubbers to maintain facility cleanliness
- Repair crushed cores in rolls as needed
- Clean dock door screens when necessary
- Assist with removing obsolete product from the warehouse
- Support other departments or work areas when needed
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Follow Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 6S standards
- Report unsafe conditions or hazards to management
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, twist, and reach
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and operate powered equipment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse or utility experience required
- Minimum of one year forklift experience preferred
- CDL license or experience is a plus
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Experience using computers and RF scanners
- Roll clamp certification
- Reach truck certification
