A day in this role
As the go-to person for finished signage and products, you’ll start your 2nd shift by reviewing requisitions and pulling items for delivery. Throughout the shift, you’ll receive and inspect completed signage, verify quantities and correctness against inventory records and customer-supplied GTRs, tag and store items, and keep detailed electronic records. You’ll keep the finished goods area spotless, operate compactors, bailing machines, and hand tools, remove trash, and jump in to support other warehouse departments when needed.
If something looks off—shortages, damage, or incorrect items—you’ll flag it to the right people quickly.
What you’ll handle
Work from requisitions to pull and deliver finished signage and products
Receive, inspect, and verify items against inventory and customer-supplied GTRs; tag and store appropriately
Maintain inventory control, records, files, and data entry for all finished products; handle routine correspondence
Operate compactors, bailing machines, other machinery, and hand tools; sustain a clean finished goods and warehouse environment; remove trash
Support other warehouse areas or departments as needed
Core duties
Complete administrative and electronic tasks for materials received and issued
Verify print image matches stock size Prepare inventory and perform cycle counts
Communicate issues to the supervisor or warehouse manager
Maintain cleanliness of the material staging area Assist across warehouse departments as needed
Pull IMS orders; verify part numbers, promotions, and quantities
Cycle count any signage with fewer than 10 units on hand, including down to the last sign
Send Box approval and IMS shortage emails
Pull GTRs and process debits promptly
Pull customer-supplied signage and relocate remaining items to the customer’s designated finished goods area
Put away new inventory and overage quickly and accurately
Pull re-ship orders correctly and on time Ensure overage is tagged and stored in the designated rack for each customer
Handle special requests from Account Managers Monitor Asset Manager for customer requests
Track down missing signage from overage and resolve discrepancies
Enter new signage into inventory when customers purchase overage
