Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Certco Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead distribution operations at our Madison, WI facility. In this role, you will supervise night warehouse staff, coordinate order picking, loading, and staging for independent grocery retailers, and maintain accurate inventory and documentation. You will enforce safety standards, conduct equipment and facility checks, and support a clean, organized warehouse. The supervisor will monitor productivity, train and coach team members, resolve night-shift issues, and collaborate with transportation and day-shift leaders to ensure reliable, on-time deliveries throughout the Midwest.
