Every accurate, on-time shipment keeps customers happy. In this role, you bring precision and energy to each order from pick to pack to ship.

What you’ll doPick items correctly, pack them securely, and prepare orders for shipment.

Maintain an orderly, clutter-free station to maximize efficiency.

Inspect items to confirm quality and accuracy before sealing.

Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Consistently follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

You can pass a Basic Skills Assessment.

You understand and follow safety requirements.

You can read and understand English.

Warehouse/fulfillment experience is helpful but not required.

You’re detail-oriented and accurate.

You can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating.

You’re flexible and open to overtime when needed.

Pre-employment

Ability to successfully complete a drug screen and background check

Pay, shifts, and training

Starting rates: $15.50 for 1st shift and $16.50 for 2nd shift for those with no prior experience. Training provided.

Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply; compensation may be commensurate with experience.
