We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring materials, products, and customer orders are accurately received, stored, and shipped on time, with a strong focus on supporting international shipments and global customer orders
.
You’ll help coordinate shipping documentation, prepare orders for domestic and international delivery, and ensure compliance with shipping requirements and regulations to keep products moving efficiently across borders.

Key Responsibilities- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare domestic and international shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Work with Customer Service Representative to prepare and process international shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, customs paperwork, and export-related documents.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and compliant international deliveries.
- Verify shipment details, country-specific requirements, and shipping regulations to support smooth cross-border transactions.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other team members to support operational goals and customer requirements worldwide.
- Track and monitor domestic and international shipments, proactively addressing delivery issues or delays when needed.
- Transport materials and inventory throughout the facility using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.
- Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Follow all safety, quality, and workplace policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and a positive work attitude.
- At least 6 months of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
- Experience using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
- You enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout your shift.
- You take pride in accuracy and keeping things organized.
- You are flexible and can adapt to changing priorities.
- You work well with others while maintaining attention to detail.
This position requires regular movement throughout the facility and may include:
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 30 pounds.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance or appropriate equipment.
- Reaching, bending, twisting, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
- Working around moving equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
