This part‑time position provides meaningful work and competitive compensation within a State Farm independent contractor agent's office.

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, including follow‑up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, answering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and daily commitment to success.
