Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Lead Engineer to guide our engineering team. This player‑coach role involves hands‑on technical work alongside a small team of one to three engineers while setting the technical direction, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring projects are delivered to the high standards our customers expect.

• Lead and mentor a small engineering team, creating a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment
• Take projects from conception to completion, including field measurements, design work, and final delivery in close partnership with Production and Field Service teams
• Serve as the technical bridge between departments, establishing clear communication among them
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, generators, and related equipment
• Create and review engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, quality, and team capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field required
• Minimum five (5) years of engineering experience
• Experience in an industrial or heavy equipment environment strongly preferred

• Hands‑on experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment
• Proficiency with professional CAD software (AutoCAD, Siemens NX, Solid Works, or equivalent)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics across multiple formats
• Practical experience with industrial maintenance

• Demonstrated success leading multi‑disciplinary technical projects
• Strong communicator who can work effectively across departments and with customers
• Self‑motivated with a drive to improve yourself, your team, and the company

• Annual compensation range of $80,000 to $120,000
