We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Engineer to lead our Engineering team. This is a player‑coach position. You’ll be doing real technical work alongside a small team of one to three engineers while setting the technical direction, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring projects are delivered to the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a small engineering team, creating a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment
- Take projects from conception to completion, including field measurements, design work, and final delivery, in close partnership with our Production and Field Service teams
- Serve as the technical bridge between departments, establishing clear communication among them
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, gearboxes, generators, and related equipment
- Create and review engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
- Continuously identify opportunity to improve processes, quality, and team capabilities
- Annual compensation range of $80,000 to $120,000

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field required
- Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience
- Experience in an industrial or heavy equipment environment strongly preferred
- Hands‑on experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment
- Proficiency with professional CAD software (AutoCAD, Siemens NX, Solid Works, or equivalent)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics across multiple formats
- Practical experience with industrial maintenance
- Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary technical projects
- Strong communicator who can work effectively across departments and with customers
