We are seeking a Nursing Scheduler to support day‑to‑day staffing operations in a skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining nursing schedules in Smart Linx, assisting with staffing coordination, supporting resident transportation scheduling, and managing designated ordering functions. This is a nonsupervisory position requiring current CNA or nursing licensure. The Scheduler may provide direct care support and participate in an on‑call rotation as operationally required.

• Create, maintain, and update nursing schedules in Smart Linx
• Track call‑ins, open shifts, overtime, and coverage needs
• Assist with staffing coordination in collaboration with nursing leadership
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and respond to scheduling needs
• Accompany residents to appointments and provide floor support when necessary
• Coordinate resident transportation scheduling
• Manage assigned nursing department ordering functions
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication

• Current CNA or nursing license
• Experience with healthcare scheduling or staffing coordination
• Smart Linx experience preferred
• Ability to work both administrative and clinical duties
• Long‑term care experience preferred
