Texas Welders Up to $2,000/week - 4 Week Paid Training
MIG Welders/Fabricators are needed at Texas Pride Trailers in Madisonville, Texas. This role involves fitting and welding steel parts using the MIG process in a fast-paced, piece-rate environment. Ideal candidates are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company. The position offers a unique opportunity to increase earnings based on performance after a 4-week training period.
Perks & Benefits- Wage:
Make between $1,500.00-$2,000.00 per week - Piece-rate compensation system after training

- Willingness to work 55 hours a week
- Ability to stand continuously for long periods
- Lift raw material manually (up to 50lbs.)
- Accurately read a tape measure down to the 16th
- Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form
- Operate a forklift if required (training on site)
- 1 year of MIG welding experience (preferred)
- MIG Welding: 1 year (Preferred)
