Ahlstrom is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives on the Madisonville production floor. You will coach teams, develop problem-solving capabilities, and align CI activities with the site’s strategic plans to improve safety, quality, and costs.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in a process/automotive setting, Six Sigma/LEAN certification, and excellent communication skills. Willingness to travel as needed and maintain safety compliance.
