Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Night Shift | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Every Other Weekend Required | Full-Time | Long-Term Care

Position Summary

We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Night shift positions in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care environment. This role involves providing direct patient care to residents with medical, dementia, and behavioral health needs. Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and experienced in fast‑paced nursing home or rehab settings.

Schedule
  • Night Shift CNA
  • Every other weekend required
  • Full‑time schedule with consistent hours
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care / resident care (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding
  • Assist with transfers, mobility, and fall prevention
  • Respond to call lights and patient needs promptly
  • Support residents with dementia care and behavioral health needs
  • Maintain infection control standards and resident safety
  • Document care and report changes in condition to nurse (RN/LPN)
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
Work Environment
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation
  • Residents with high‑acuity, dementia, and behavioral health conditions
  • Fast‑paced, team‑based clinical setting
  • Hands‑on role requiring physical activity and time management
Qualifications
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Experience in long‑term care, nursing home, rehab, or memory care preferred
  • Strong skills in patient care, communication, and teamwork
  • Ability to manage behavioral residents and high-demand workloads
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts and weekends
