RN​/LPN – Patient-Focused Care – Skilled Nursing – Night Shift

Shift: Multiple shifts available

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well‑being of each resident. The Registered Nurse plays a key role in coordinating resident care, administering treatments, and ensuring a calm, supportive clinical environment during the shift.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
• Assess resident conditions and respond to changes in health status
• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long‑term care setting
• Accurately document care and treatments in the medical record system (EMAR/EHR)
• Communicate effectively with CNAs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Support and supervise nursing assistants as needed during the shift
• Contribute to a respectful, resident‑centered environment

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Kentucky
• Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home environment preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts (including nights if applicable)
