Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an industrial location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support screening procedures for people, vehicles, and deliveries as required by site policies;
Assist with incident reporting, facility rule enforcement, and communication with site personnel during operational disruptions, evacuations, and other security-related events
