This is a full‑time position based in Madisonville, KY. As a Substation Technician, you will be responsible for the construction, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of substation‑related systems and electrical equipment. You will collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to company safety standards and protocols. This position offers an apprenticeship path for Substation Technicians.

• Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and Electrical Equipment handling
• Willing to travel and work out of town
• Strong knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues effectively
• Experience with substation components, systems, and maintenance is a plus
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to safety procedures
• Ability to work on‑site and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
• Relevant certifications and/or licenses in electrical fields preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or experience is highly advantageous
