Works closely with potential students on an individual or small group basis. Maintains accurate, confidential records and documents sessions and meetings with candidates. Identifies issues that need addressing to help individuals succeed. Demonstrates ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Provides program related support information to those candidates in need. Works closely with business and industry partners who refer candidates for testing services to determine next steps in career path.

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience in education, advising, or related field preferred.
