Residential DOT Driver

The Residential DOT Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently operating company collection vehicles while servicing residential customers. The driver will follow assigned routes, collect and transport materials, operate vehicle and collection equipment, and ensure assigned routes are completed safely and efficiently.

The driver is responsible for conducting required vehicle inspections, complying with DOT regulations and company safety procedures, maintaining required documentation, and providing professional and courteous service to customers. The position requires dependable attendance, safe driving practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing an assigned route.

Current DOT medical certification as required.

Previous commercial driving, waste collection, or similar experience preferred.

Knowledge of safe driving practices and applicable DOT regulations.
