- MBA with minimum 3 - 4 years of sales experience,
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Job Description:

- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 executives, ensuring high performance and achievement of business targets.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly acquisition/Servicing targets.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular training, field visits, and performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Ensure effective pipeline management, timely follow-ups, and closure of sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits along with the team to drive productivity and improve conversion rates.
