What you’ll do:

Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales and revenue goals
Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain excellent customer service standards
Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and team performance
Manage billing, POS systems, stock levels, and cash handling activities
Execute branch-level marketing campaigns and festive promotions
Oversee inventory management and coordinate with Head Office for replenishment
Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports
Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain brand loyalty
✅ Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational procedures

What we’re looking for:

✔️  Bachelor’s degree (Business or Retail Management preferred)
✔️ Minimum 8 years of experience in jewellery retail or a related industry
✔️ Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills
✔️ Proficiency in ERP/POS systems
✔️ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
✔️ A hands-on leader with an eye for detail and process efficiency
