Job Description
Operating within a fast‑paced environment, this role is responsible for delivering response maintenance repairs, ensuring requests are carried out efficiently and cost‑effectively while delivering a first‑class service to our customers. The role focuses on Response Repair Services and Void Works, including surveying, fault finding, roofing repairs and general joinery works.
This is a permanent full‑time Northern Ireland‑based role. Key Responsibilities- 1st and 2nd fix duties including ironmongery repairs, kitchen install, door installation and glazing.
- Work on void and tenanted properties.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a courteous and considerate service to clients and tenants.
- Work under the instruction of the site supervisor to meet clients and tenants’ needs.
- Observe the highest levels of health and safety, using appropriate safety equipment.
- Ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
- Complete and submit relevant site‑based or company documentation electronically or in paper form as required by contract.
- Perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably required from time to time.
- Time served or appropriately qualified and able to demonstrate relevant experience.
- Experience with 1st & 2nd fix joinery.
- High level of experience and sound knowledge in delivery of minor building and maintenance joinery services.
- Valid CSR Card.
- Availability for out‑of‑hours callouts on a rotational basis.
- Full driving licence.
- Experience in the social housing sector.
- Working at Heights harness training.
- Good communication skills to meet and engage with customers.
- Experience with PVC floor and ceramic wall tiling.
- Ability to use a PDA, smartphone or mobile working device.
Time served or appropriately qualified in 1st & 2nd fix joinery, Valid CSR Card.

Salary: €65,000.00-€75,000.00.
