This is a hands-on role working alongside site teams and reporting to the site supervisor, with a strong focus on delivering efficient, cost-effective repairs and a courteous service to both tenants and clients. About you Time-served joinery or appropriately qualified with demonstrable joinery experience Strong 1st and 2nd fix joinery skills (including ironmongery repairs)

Experience with door installations, kitchen fitting/installs, and general joinery maintenance The ability to survey, fault-find, and carry out minor roofing repairs A Valid CSR Card A full driving licence What you'll do Carry out response repairs and void works, working efficiently to meet property needs Complete joinery tasks such as door fitting/installation, ironmongery repairs and glazing-related work Support tenanted properties and voids with a respectful, customer-focused approach Use appropriate safety equipment and follow site health & safety procedures Ensure timely and accurate completion of site documentation, using paper or electronic systems as required For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Cian France for a confidential chat today.
