Multi-Skilled Plumber

Multi-Skilled Plumber (Permanent PAYE) Coventry / Midlands Region Up to £20.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) Company Van Provided Immediate Start Available We are recruiting for a permanent Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a growing Facilities Management business delivering planned and reactive maintenance, refurbishment and fit-out works across commercial and industrial sites throughout the Midlands. This is a permanent PAYE position for someone looking for long-term, stable employment with a professional employer.

What You'll Be Doing:
Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance Repairs, installations and general plumbing works Supporting commercial fit-out, refurbishment and renovation projects Carrying out a small range of general multi-trade maintenance tasks where required Working across commercial, industrial and public sector buildings Travelling to customer sites throughout the Midlands There may be occasional overnight stays, although the vast majority of work is Midlands-based.

What We're Looking For:

Level 2 Plumbing qualification (NVQ or City & Guilds) as a minimum Level 3 Plumbing qualification preferred Previous experience within Facilities Management, Commercial Maintenance, Building Services, Refurbishment or Fit-Out environments Comfortable undertaking a small amount of multi-trade work when required CSCS Card preferred, but not essential Full UK Driving Licence Able to pass a DBS check Reliable, professional and capable of working independently or as part of a team

This role is not suitable for self-employed subcontractors looking for contract work. Applicants whose experience is predominantly within social housing repairs, domestic plumbing or private residential maintenance are unlikely to be suitable for the type of work undertaken. What's On
